What We Store
Account email address, optional profile name, hashed passwords, subscription status, machine activation metadata, and support-related audit logs.
Why We Store It
To authenticate users, send password reset or verification emails, validate licenses, prevent abuse, and keep download and billing flows working.

Transactional emails such as password reset and verification are sent fromnoreply@ouden.cc. Replies and support go throughsupport@ouden.cc.
Deletion Requests
You can request account or data deletion by contacting support from the email address tied to the account. We may retain limited purchase, security, and abuse-prevention records where required for billing, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
